Uniforms
In an effort to foster an academic school climate, Newport Coast Elementary School has implemented a Uniform Dress Code for over 20 years. In the 2021-22 school year, this policy was reevaluated and had overwhelming support of the community. A formal process was undertaken to renew our commitment to a Uniform Dress Code with support from our PTA, Foundation and School Site Council.

Uniform Recycling Program
You may also bring your child’s outgrown, gently used uniforms to the school office, and/or replenish your uniform supply from these donated uniforms.
However, pursuant to Education Code Section 35183, those parents who are strongly opposed may sign a Waiver Form exempting their student(s) from the adopted uniform policy (see Waiver Process).
