2013/2014 school year

      2.  Pre-enrollment begins Thursday, April 25 via the online system at https://www.nmusd.us/secure/pre-enroll/login.aspx

The following must be submitted to the school office to complete the enrollment process.  Please call the school office at (949) 515-6975 to schedule an appointment.

1. Address Verification confirmation
2. Printed copy of your online pre-enrollment documents

1. Birth Certificate – original document with county or state seal stamped on it.  Passports are also acceptable.
2. Immunization Record – yellow California or other state immunization record card.
3. Kinder & 1^st grade only – Physical Examination – The physical exam, given by the doctor, must be done after March 3, 2012 for 1^st grade, and March 3, 2013 for Kinder.  The school Physical form needs to be signed and stamped by the doctor’s office at that time. Please click here for form.
4. NCE Kindergarten Questionnaire  –  This form can be found on the left side of our homepage under the "Quick Links" section.
5. Request for records form

All of the items above must be the original documents.  The office cannot accept copies.  We will make copies for our records and return the originals to you.
